Tosh Jonquil (aka Natasha Helmick) is a Working Artist in the Lehigh Valley. Born in California, raised in Europe, and has spent most of her life in Chicago- The daughter of a sign maker and granddaughter of a painter, she studied design and illustration for 6 years at Marwen Art School. She has mainly focused on graphic novels and has worked in graphic and UX design, fine art, and animation for many years. She has curated pamphlets and advertisements for Loyola University Museum of Art; signage, mural work, and decorations for Escape Rooms; and informational design for Adler Planetarium.

A Teaching Artist at Banana Factory for Figure Drawing and Comics as well as Figure Drawing at the Woodstock Old Courthouse. She completed her Residency for the McHenry County Artist Project in 2022 and began her Tattoo Apprenticeship in Bethlehem PA in 2024. She won the March 2022 won People's Choice at Starline Factory's Gallery 4th Friday Event. You can often find her goods on Etsy and at local craft fairs.​
